Highbloods
Highbloods range from cerulean to purple with the added cobalt caste.
The highblooods are the second least populated caste besides seadwellers and have the longest land dwelling lifespans of all trolls. They are trend setters and are almost always in a position of power. Indigos and purples especially are the big heads of industry. Every single empire spanning corporation is owned by a highblood. They have the ability to own their own forms of transportation as well as living spaces. Those that have the highest paying jobs are likely to have their own private transportation and multiple living places.
They have no rules prohibiting what they can buy or own, they have the freedom to get whatever they want as long as they have the money. They also have the same privacy rights protecting them that midbloods who own property have. It is also a law that you can not deny service to a highblood in any way shape or form, especially in a public setting. They are first priority in society. With this perk they do not need to wait in lines or have reservations there can always be space made for a highblood. They can also choose to make an employee work around their whims by blood right if some lower
blood is annoying then they can get them taken out of the vicinity. They are, for lack of a better description, the caste systems Karens but if Karens actually had power.
They are also the most likely to get away with killing trolls from castes below them. They still need to deal with repercussions but it is grossly brushed over by human standards. Highbloods that commit crimes usually get much better, more fair treatment and a way more lenient punishment. For example a highblood killing a lowblood usually results in a small fine that is paid to the lowbloods quadrant mates. Highbloods do not get publicly punished unless it’s on a count of terrorism or imperial sabotage. It’s not something that is likely to be broadcast either unless it’s really important. The rest is just fluff drama that is more entertainment than actual news, sort of akin to celebrity fluff pieces.
Hives and Living Situations
Most if not all highbloods own their own places to live. They can usually afford enough to own their own high tech mansions as well as luxury apartments in the city. Some gain enough money to have two or more hives. They usually have large plots of land, sometimes owning farmland or agricultural land that they employ lowbloods to take care of and midbloods to organize it. They are able to live about anywhere they want
Highblood hives are usually incredibly high tech, especially if they have high paying jobs. Think of the penthouse suit in the hunger games with all of the extra bits. Fully customizable living spaces, holographic windows that change scenery, open modern spaces, sometimes even personal hive A.I.s and hologram tech that is at the users disposal. It’s all very luxurious especially the higher your rank is. They also tend to live in the best high class neighborhoods or gated communities where you can’t even enter unless your blood is above cerulean. Other than that they are most likely to be living in their own mansions farther away from the other blood castes, the rich neighborhood essentially.

Types of jobs and opportunities
Highbloods are usually tasked to run part of cities or large sections or lands. They are almost like governors, those ranks also tend to mingle with other government officials but not the ruling class. Highbloods are also the most likely caste to become enforcers, they are usually in control of a very large amount of people and law enforcement, they are tasked with keeping the peace. Subjugulators for example, a title originally only given to purple bloods is now open to any highblood that works to keep a large amount of trolls in order and maintain the status quo in any way they deem fit. As mentioned before they are also known for being the heads or faces of giant industries or corporations. They will always be in positions to order other people around and be the directors. However more tech and scientific industries lean into indigo and purple territory.
No highblood will be put in a service type position, unless they are personal stylists or designers for a tyrian. Most jobs that are under tyrians are specifically highbloods only, though some midblood servants tend to work for the royals. These include personal chefs, organizers, cleaners, jewelers chauffeurs or pilots, of course the list goes on. Trusted highbloods are also the ones to organize whenever a tyrian goes on tour especially if they are a governor and the tyrian is visiting their city or sector. Everyone employed under a tyrian is always a highblood even the servants who work in their palaces.
Purples bloods specifically have the only opportunity as a land dweller to be an advisor or counselor to a tyrian troll, this is rare and vilotbloods are usually the first pick but it is not unheard of for a purple or two to rise that high in the ranks.
All others have managerial and white color positions if not a celebrity type status.
They also have the freedom to become artisans like architects, writers, artists and fashion designers. They are also the ones to be promoters and judges for competitions or events. They can also be movie and show producers, directors and talent recruiters. Other jobs consist of the highest paying and most trusted positions in the empire. Pretty much the highest paying jobs that are known all go to the highbloods.

Addressing the clown cult
The clown cult does not exist especially not in adult society, or so 99% of trolls think. The clown make up is nowhere to be seen, not in public, not anywhere. It was a thing in the past but it never gained any traction because it wasn’t organized well enough, didn’t have any real leader and didn’t have any real meaningful backing since none of the so called prophecies came true. It was also further shut down by the now reigning empress who will not have higher power than her or other tyrians worshiped. She is the highest authority and to say some power is higher is heresy. Nowadays it is more of an urban legend or conspiracy, like a creepypasta. The clown cult is on the same level of conspiracy as Bigfoot, Mothman, Jeff the Killer, Slender Man and the Illuminati. There are however trolls who are complete conspiracy theorists who still think it exists rather than just some kids ghost story. Clowns in general are seen as nothing but a mockery of the empire and a childish game of make believe.
Highblood Abilities
Highblood abilities (other than having higher levels of strength stamina and constitution) mostly consist of mind control. These abilities are unlike mind reading or a lime bloods emotional manipulation. This is actual mind control, manipulating someone's thoughts and body to do what you want.
Mind control: is an ability that is open to all highblood castes, but it does tend to show more in cobalt and cerulean. Some signs of a troll having mind control abilities are usually a type of eye mutation, not all trolls have it but it is likely to be a sign. Mind control can range from planting vague thoughts into other trolls heads to full body hypnotic mind control. That type of control is the most dangerous because a troll can lose complete control of their body and can end up being trapped in their own head not being able to control anything they do.
Chucklevoodoos: is another form of mind control that can show up in any highblood though it is most prominent in purplebloods over any other caste. This type of mind control is the most powerful. Its most powerful form however is akin to brainwashing. It is full control over a trolls thoughts and body and works though fear. It’s effects after a prolonged time can make someone very, very paranoid. At its core it is a very powerful hypnotic control that can completely manipulate the beliefs and thoughts of other trolls. This also tends to have bad effects on the targeted troll because it tends to elevate heart rate, slow breathing and this type of control is known to specifically target the amygdala which is the part of the brain that is responsible for primal fear. This can end up causing hallucinations and delusions akin to the symptoms of schizophrenia or a psychotic disorders.
